VLS Global Group is an international ecosystem and technological hub that unites real-world business experience, digital automations, and infrastructure across multiple jurisdictions, including the USA, European Union countries (Italy, Poland), and Eastern Europe. We don’t sell theory—all the solutions we offer to our clients through the Valasol platform (this site) are first implemented, tested, and scaled within our own active businesses.

You might be surprised by what you’ll read further, as this isn’t typical for standard companies. Everyone in this section is accustomed to making bold statements and big words. But I want to be honest with you and build a business with a human face, so I’ll talk about me and my journey!

My name is Vadzim Laushuk and I am representing VLS Global Group (USA) in Italy regions. For my local consulting, European practice, and direct business operations in Italy, I am an officially registered entrepreneur (P.IVA Lasuhuk Vadzim, tax number 03998690782). Meanwhile, international digital operations, software systems, and global web infrastructure are managed through our US corporate and team structure under VLS Global Group (Raceline Tuning LLC).

This Valasol platform (Vadzim Laushuk Solutions) created, as well as other consulting for projects, developments, trainings, and digital activities. There’s a lot I could say about myself, but to give you an idea of the foundation behind my work:

My journey has been long and interesting, filled with experience, moving, and living across different countries, which has given me a deep, practical understanding of various economic systems. I was born in a big city in Eastern Europe, grew up there, and received an excellent education, but I never stopped developing. Learning isn’t just about attending courses; it’s about real-world skills and practical insights gained through hands-on work and building things you truly believe in.

Over the years, I studied and operated within the systems of Poland, the USA, Eastern and Central Europe, and Italy—navigating taxation, social structures, and regulatory frameworks firsthand. After exploring and implementing business ideas across multiple major cities and regions, I finally found a beautiful, sunny spot in southern Italy, where I decided to put all my accumulated international experience, technical background, and developments into practice through different global and local projects, also in new developments in the field of tourism consulting and the development of local ecosystems for southern Italian cities (for example new project – scalewood.it for Scalea city) .

The site is constantly expanding by VLS Global Group, adding new features, and creating a dedicated ecosystem designed to help visitors and clients realize their potential and leverage the power of the local Valasol brand powered by VLS Global Group. I’m a very goal-oriented person and I see everything I start through to completion, so by trusting my experience, you’ll get the results you expect and more.

P.S. I slightly understated the size of my own team in Italy when I said it was “me and only me”; without the support of my family (my wife, son, and daughter), none of this international growth would have been possible. Having a strong family team by your side changes everything 😉
